Subtle Change in January For Fraser Valley Real Estate

Still a long way from a balanced market range of 12-20% , nonetheless the selling rate in January is an improvement from the 100% rate reported in December. If you are wondering which communities saw the greatest increase in inventory, it was Mission and Abbotsford for detached, Cloverdale for both attached and detached homes,
